Thank you for choosing The Tea Room at Sweety's! To help ensure an enjoyable experience for all of our guests, please review our reservation and payment policies before booking.

Reservation Information

Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance.

Tea Room Dining Options:

Tea Room Lunch Available for 1–6 guests

Tiered Tray Tea Experiences Available for 1–12 guests

Please Note:

All guests within the same reservation must participate in the same Tea Room experience. Your party must choose either the Tea Room Lunch or a Tiered Tray Tea Experience. We are unable to combine both options at the same table.

Groups of 13 or More:

Groups of 13 or more guests require a Private Event Room rental and a custom menu. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

Reservation & Payment Policies

A $5 deposit per guest is required at the time of booking and will be applied to your final bill.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, we are happy to transfer your deposit with at least 24 hours' notice, based on availability.

Please contact us directly to reschedule. Do not cancel your reservation online, as online cancellations will forfeit your deposit.

We are happy to package any extra food for guests who are unable to attend.

Payment Policies

One check is provided per reservation.

Separate or split checks are not available in The Tea Room.

The guest making the reservation, or another guest designated by the party, is responsible for the final payment.

Guests are welcome to make reimbursement arrangements among themselves.

Gratuity & Credit Card Policy

To ensure the exceptional, personalized service that defines The Tea Room at Sweety's, a 20% gratuity is automatically added to all Tea Room checks.

A 3% credit card service charge applies to all credit and debit card transactions.

Cash payments are not subject to the credit card service charge.

Outside Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in The Tea Room unless pre-approved by management.

This policy helps us comply with health regulations while ensuring a consistent dining experience for all of our guests.
