Allergy & Dietary Accommodation Policy
At Sweety’s, our tea experiences are thoughtfully curated and priced based on the menu selections and overall experience provided.
Because each menu is prepared in small batches and presented as a complete experience, dietary accommodations and substitutions may require additional preparation, specialty ingredients, and menu modifications. As a result, accommodations may incur an additional charge per guest.
We are able to accommodate certain dietary needs and allergies with advance notice.
Our standard dietary accommodations include gluten-free bread and gluten-free dessert options. These substitutions are available for an additional $5 per guest. Please note that while we take precautions, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility, and cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
We are also happy to accommodate peanut, tree nut, and seed allergies to the best of our ability. However, because these ingredients are used in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Additional dietary requests or more extensive menu modifications may require a higher accommodation fee depending on the level of customization needed.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate vegan diets or multiple severe dietary restrictions that require extensive menu alterations.
If you or a member of your party has an allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know at the time of booking so we can discuss available options, any limitations, and any associated costs.
While we strive to accommodate our guests whenever possible, we are unable to individually customize the full menu for each guest.

Tea Experience Menu's
Reservations available throughout the year.
Our standard reservations are scheduled for 1.5 hours,
giving guests ample time to enjoy their tea and visit comfortably.
Groups of more than 12 guests require a private event room rental due to our limited seating and table configuration.
